1.Booking and Reservations:

Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided upon successful processing of your payment.

Payment: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due on or before the departure date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

2. Yacht Usage:

Usage Limitations: Yachts are to be used for private charters only. Commercial use, subletting, or any unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited.

Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the yacht’s maximum capacity.

3. Code of Conduct:

Respectful Behavior: Clients and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the crew, other passengers, and the yacht itself.

Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules during the charter.

4. Liability and Insurance:

Liability: Porto Yacht Club is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the charter.

Insurance: It is recommended that clients secure appropriate insurance coverage for their personal belongings and any potential liabilities.

5. Changes and Cancellations 

Alterations: We reserve the right to modify itineraries, change yachts, or cancel charters due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds:In the event of cancellations by Porto Yacht Club, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
